Enshaat Platform Use Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Enshaat Platform, a UAE-based electronic platform specializing in connecting construction project owners with service providers, contractors, consultants, and technicians. By using the platform or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to this policy and the terms and conditions, based on the applicable legislation in the UAE.
2. Definitions
- Platform: Enshaat, including all its applications, website, and systems.
- User: Anyone who uses the platform's services, whether a client or a service provider.
- Client: The entity or individual seeking construction services.
- Service Provider: The technician, contractor, or company providing services in the construction field.
- Services: Connecting processes, offers, project requests, transaction management, communication, etc.
3. Eligibility and Registration
- The user must be over 18 years old.
- Correct and accurate information must be provided during registration.
- The user is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- The platform reserves the right to reject or suspend any account without giving reasons, in accordance with UAE laws.
4. Use of Services
- The platform is allowed to be used only for lawful purposes consistent with state regulations.
- It is prohibited to publish illegal content, such as: incitement, fraud, abuse, inappropriate content, or uploading incorrect or forged documents.
- The platform operates as a digital intermediary to enable communication and is not considered a party to construction or executive contracts between the client and the service provider.
- The platform does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of the service providers' services.
5. Verification and Accreditation of Service Providers
The platform is committed to following identity verification procedures when needed, in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 109 of 2022 regarding the Executive Regulations of the Data Protection Law, however:
- The responsibility for the validity of the professional or commercial license remains with the service provider.
- The platform may request documents such as: Trade License, Emirates ID, Tax Registration.
6. Offers and Contracts
- The platform provides a means of communication and does not submit price offers on behalf of service providers.
- Contracts are concluded directly between the client and the service provider.
- The platform is not responsible for any contractual, financial, or executive dispute.
7. Payment and Commissions
- The platform may impose a commission or subscription fees, which will be publicly clarified upon use.
- In case of electronic payment, operations are in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 46 of 2021).
- The platform does not bear responsibility for the failure or delay of transfers outside its control.
8. Ratings and Reviews
- Ratings must be honest and not abusive.
- The platform reserves the right to delete any violating review.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and designs of the Enshaat platform are protected under UAE Copyright and Intellectual Property Law. Copying or use without permission is prohibited.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
The platform may suspend or delete the account in case of:
- Violation of laws or misuse of the service.
- Providing misleading data.
- Official request from UAE government entities.
11. Disclaimer
- The platform bears no responsibility for the negligence of service providers or any damages resulting from project execution.
- The platform does not guarantee permanent service availability, and systems may be subject to maintenance or downtime.
12. Amendments
The platform may update these policies at any time in line with UAE laws. Updates are announced within the platform.

1. Introduction
Enshaat platform respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data according to the highest security standards and in compliance with UAE personal data protection legislation (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. Data We Collect
- Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, identification number (if applicable), or trade license for service providers.
- Project Data: Request details, geographical location, uploaded documents.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type and operating system, Cookies.
- Interaction Data: Messages exchanged via the platform, user ratings.
3. How We Use Data
- Account activation and service management.
- Enabling communication between the client and service provider.
- Improving platform performance.
- Compliance with UAE government requests.
- Fraud prevention and controlling violating behavior.
4. Legal Basis for Data Processing
All processing operations are based on one of the following legal grounds:
- User consent.
- Execution of a contract between the user and service provider.
- Legal obligations under UAE laws.
